1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Buchungen und Aufenthalte im
FORTY + ONE Hotel.
2. Buchungsdetails
Alle Informationen zu Zimmerkategorie, Leistungen, Frühstück, Preisen und Stornobedingungen
ergeben sich aus:
• der jeweiligen Buchungsbestätigung,
• der Buchungsplattform (z. B. Booking.com),
• oder der Hotelwebseite.
3. Raten und Stornobedingungen
• Flexible Rate: Kostenfreie Stornierung bis 24 Stunden vor Check-in (15:00 Uhr). Danach
100 % des Betrags fällig.
• Non-refundable Rate: Keine Rückerstattung. 100 % Vorauszahlung bei Buchung.
• Für beide Varianten gibt es Optionen mit Frühstück. Stornobedingungen bleiben gleich.
• Zusätzlich wird bei jeder Stornierung eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100€ erhoben.
• Die zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung gültigen Bedingungen sind verbindlich. Änderungen
vorbehalten.
4. Bezahlung & Zahlungsmodalitäten
• Flexible Rate: 50 % spätestens 24 h vor Anreise.
• Non-refundable: 100 % bei Buchung.
• Online-Zahlungen über MEWS Payments• Vor-Ort-Zahlungen über Check-in-Terminal oder an der Rezeption (07:00–23:00 Uhr)
• Das Hotel behält sich das Recht vor, Zahlungsbedingungen zu ändern. Maßgeblich sind die
Bedingungen zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung.
5. Check-in & Identifikation
• Gäste können vorab online einchecken und erhalten die Zimmerkarte vor Ort am Terminal.
• Alternativ: Self-Check-in direkt im Terminal durch Eingabe aller Daten.
• Persönlicher Check-in ist ebenfalls an der Rezeption von 07:00 bis 23:00 Uhr möglich.
• Anreisen außerhalb dieser Zeiten: über den Nachteingang mit Self-Check-in-Terminal.
6. Zutritt zum Hotel
• Haupteingang geöffnet von 08:00–23:00 Uhr.
• Nachteingang befindet sich rechts vom Haupteingang. Zugang über:
◦ Zimmerkarte oder
◦ Bankkarte zur Identifikation (keine Datenspeicherung!)
7. Parken
Das Hotel verfügt über keine eigene Tiefgarage, jedoch über Partnerparkplätze in unmittelbarer
Nähe. Gäste akzeptieren diese Lösung mit der Buchung.
8. Minibar
• Gäste sind verpflichtet, alle konsumierten Produkte aus der Minibar bei Abreise zu melden.
• Bezahlung erfolgt über das Gästeportal oder durch Nachbelastung auf die hinterlegte
Kreditkarte.
9. Schäden und Haftung
• Gäste haften für Schäden an Mobiliar, Inventar und Technik.
• Das Hotel behält sich das Recht vor, Reparaturkosten nachträglich von der Kreditkarte
abzubuchen.
10. Nutzung von Gemeinschaftsbereichen & Hausordnung• Allgemeinbereiche wie Rezeption, Lounge, Frühstücksraum etc. sind respektvoll zu
nutzen.
• Kein Rauchen in Innenräumen.
• Ruhezeiten von 22:00–07:00 Uhr sind einzuhalten.
• Der Zugang zu Sport- und Frühstücksbereichen ist auf veröffentlichte Zeiten beschränkt.
Sauna und Fitnessbereich
Die Nutzung erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.
Die Sauna ist täglich nur bis 10:00 Uhr geöffnet.
Es gelten die jeweils vor Ort ausgehängten Nutzungsregeln.
11. Haustiere, zusätzliche Gäste & Sonderwünsche
• Nur nach vorheriger Absprache und ggf. gegen Zusatzgebühr erlaubt.
• Haustiere dürfen nicht unbeaufsichtigt in Zimmern oder Gemeinschaftsbereichen
verbleiben.
12. Zutrittsrecht
Das Hotelpersonal ist berechtigt, Zimmer in folgenden Fällen zu betreten:
• technische Wartung,
• Reinigung,
• Notfall oder
• bei begründetem Verdacht auf Störung oder Schaden.
13. Technische Ausstattung
Alle Geräte (TV, WLAN, Lichtsysteme etc.) müssen ordnungsgemäß verwendet werden.
Mutwillige Schäden oder Manipulationen führen zu Haftung durch den Gast.
14. Datenschutz
• Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten erfolgt gemäß DSGVO.
• Bankkarten, die zur Zugangskontrolle verwendet werden, werden nicht gespeichert.

15. Zustimmung zu den AGBMit Abschluss der Buchung über eine Plattform, die Hotelwebseite oder vor Ort erklärt sich der
Gast mit diesen AGB einverstanden.
16. Gerichtsstand & anwendbares Recht

• Es gilt österreichisches Recht

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all bookings and stays at FortyplusONE
Hotel.
2. Booking Details
All details regarding room type, services, breakfast, prices, and cancellation conditions are stated in:
• the individual booking confirmation,
• the respective booking platform (e.g. Booking.com),
• or the official hotel website.
3. Rates and Cancellation Policy
• Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in (3:00 PM). Afterwards,
100% of the stay is charged.
• Non-refundable Rate: No refunds. Full 100% payment required at the time of booking.• Both rate types are also available with breakfast under the same cancellation terms.
• A €100 administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
• Conditions valid at the time of booking apply. The hotel reserves the right to update
policies.
4. Payment & Methods
• Flexible Rate: 50% due no later than 24 hours before check-in.
• Non-refundable: 100% due upon booking.
• Online payments are processed via MEWS Payments.
• On-site payments can be made via the Check-in Terminal or at the Reception Desk
(7:00–23:00).
• Payment conditions may be changed at any time. The version shown at the time of booking
is binding.
5. Check-in & Identification
• Guests can complete Online Check-in in advance and retrieve their room card upon arrival
at the terminal.
• Alternatively, a full self-check-in can be done directly at the terminal.
• Personal check-in is available at reception from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• Arrivals outside these hours must use the Night Entrance and Self Check-in Terminal.
6. Hotel Access
• The main entrance is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• Outside these hours, access is via the Night Entrance, located to the right of the main
entrance.
• Entry is possible via room card or bank card.
• The bank card is used for identification purposes only — no card data is stored.
7. Parking
The hotel does not offer private on-site parking, but provides access to partner parking nearby.
Guests are informed of this and accept the arrangement by completing their booking.
8. Minibar
Guests are required to report any items consumed from the minibar prior to check-out.
Payment can be made via the guest portal or will be charged to the guest’s credit card if unreported.
9. Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to furnishings, inventory, or the building during their
stay.
The hotel reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs to the guest’s credit card after
departure.
10. Use of Common Areas & House Rules
• Shared hotel areas (lobby, breakfast room, etc.) must be used respectfully.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
• Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Breakfast areas may only be used during posted operating hours.
Sauna and Fitness Area
– Use of these facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
– The sauna is available only until 10:00 AM daily.
– Local usage rules posted on site apply.
11. Pets, Additional Guests & Special Requests
Only allowed with prior written approval and subject to additional charges.
Pets may not be left unattended in rooms or common areas.
12. Right of Entry
Hotel personnel may enter guest rooms in case of:
• technical maintenance,
• emergencies,
• cleaning or inspection,
• or justified suspicion of damage or rule violations.
13. Technical Equipment
All electronic equipment (Wi-Fi, lighting, TV etc.) must be used correctly.
Any damage resulting from misuse may lead to charges billed to the guest.
14. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Bank cards used for entry are not stored.

15. Agreement to the AGB
By confirming the booking via platform, hotel website or in person, the guest agrees to these Terms
and Conditions.

• Place of jurisdiction: Vienna
• Austrian law applies exclusively
• Contract language: German
